What a wonderful bike shop! I had travelled from Scotland on my Triumph Street Twin and shortly after leaving home the bikes engine management light came on and stayed on. After arriving in Derry I called Stephen the owner who quickly arranged to have his team look at the bike and it was sorted in no time. Very impressed with the service (and the coffee). In all the years I've been riding this has to be one the friendliest, courteous and efficient bike shops in the business.

Just want to say thank you to everyone at Mullan motorcycles. I’ve just had two bikes with them recently, one for a service, the other to have a faulty alarm system removed. Both bikes now perfect. The guys (Pete, Stephen, Paul etc) are friendly, helpful and above all they know their stuff, they’re all bikers. We’re lucky to have a good crew like them in the north west, highly recommended, from Patrick in Donegal.

Had a breakdown while over from Cornwall for NW200. The guys couldn’t have been more helpful and efficient. Problem diagnosed quickly and parts ordered/arrived and fitted within 3 days!! Amazing service and very much appreciated. Saved my bacon!! Thanks again and would definitely recommend to anyone.

I was traveling around Ireland, my Yamaha Tenere 700 had a flat tire, luckily this bike shop was nearby. After a call, a van came a short time later and drove me and my motorcycle to the motorcycle shop. From the first moment they made a very professional impression. They changed the inner tube and tire and did some more so that I could continue driving with no worries. I was very happy with the work. The team was very knowledgeable and friendly, and all at a very fair price.Thank you for the great work.

On my first visit the guy in the he shop was interested in spending the time with me even though I was only browsing and within 10 minutes of his closing time.The technicians were pushing bikes back into the garage when I arrived ready to lock up.I was there well after closing time. Got good advice and was happy to make a purchase as they had the goods I was looking for.
