The ladies were polite and friendly, exceptional performance, caring and passionate in delivering the highest standards. They even took links out for me twice and resized my watch for no extra cost they even sold insurance to cover for additional guarantee. Even price matched without any hesitation with the price introduced. I was blown away with their profound product knowledge and transparency . Level of professionalism was somewhat outstanding. Good..not over expensive jewelers...

The staff were very friendly and polite, and helped me tremendously in purchasing what I wanted. Excellent after sales service was explained to me as well.Special mention is due to Nilma, who served me extremely well, and her work was done very professionally, who made sure everything I needed was completed for me.

Prices are a little higher than Argos for the same products, however they will price match which is good.

We visited to take a look at engagement rings and get some information on the design process. We were both blown away by the care and attention shown to us by Joyce, who was informative and reassuring!She took the time to discuss options and have a friendly chat with us about what we wanted to do going forward. I had an amazing shopping experience at the Bolton Mall store with Nilma who took her time explaining everything and answering all my questions.

Came in to try and exchange my wedding ring which I have not been able to wear yet due to our wedding being postponed 3 times (covid) as it no longer fits as it was purchased 3 years ago, and our wedding is finally going ahead in May. Nilma was extremely helpful and sorted the ring out for us with no hassle, thank you so much for making it an easy experience and it is one less thing to worry about in the lead up to our big day!

I bought a gold rope chain earlier this month from the Bolton Market Place branch, I was served by Paula who was so friendly and helpful. My bracelet did then break unfortunately, but Paula sorted it out quickly and efficiently for me, my new bracelet was ready in less than a week. Fabulous service!

Fantastic experience and help at the Bolton store choising our wedding rings, the lady was amazing and very patiant with my fiancée who couldnt make her mind up, but after a good hour or so, we bought 3 rings and were so happy with the service, advice and care.
