Exemplary service from Hilton Coach Works from the moment I called to discuss the problem to the minute I got my car back. The service was great and my car came back like new as well. Had to double take as I thought it was a different car. Highly recommended and will use them again if I have any issues in the future.

My Audi required repair work to its front bumper and headlight unit; Stuart Forge, based at Audi Peterborough liaised superbly with the repairers (Hilton Coachworks). The customer service experience was excellent from start to finish. Stuart was extremely helpful and communicated in a timely and professional manner throughout the process. He was also very flexible with arranging a convenient time for me to pick up / drop off the loaned hire vehicle which I used for the full duration of the repair works. The bumper and headlight were repaired to an outstanding / faultless level and my Audi was returned to me in an immaculate, fully valeted condition.Thank you to Stuart and the teams at Audi Peterborough & Hilton Coachworks for facilitating a fantastic service.

Stuart Forge at Mercedes Peterborough was excellent from start to finish in arranging the repair of my Mercedes. He was a pleasure to deal with and greatly eased what could have been a less than wholesome experience. I have nothing but praise for his professional and pleasant approach. Do not use this company - Put my car in for a side panel repair 14/4 it’s now the 25/7 car not repaired . After I put in a complaint 18/7 the Car was suddenly ready . Was supposed to pick it up on 21/7 was told no , as the polish work was poor so had to go back . After all that time they still couldn’t repair it to standard . They don’t care you’re seen as just a job to them . My car is 72 plate Audi valued at £72k so now I’m so worried the work I can’t see will be poor . Just spoken to their manager Brad Rand only got an apology when I asked for one and he called me ‘Ma’am’ when I asked him not to throughout the call .very rude felt like I was in a court of law trying to defend myself not a customer and at the end of the call he sarcastically says ‘have a lovely rest of your day ‘ . Going to the motor ombudsman now as they can’t treat customers like this .Update picked the car up 26/7 OMG !! It’s in such a state wing mirror damaged paint in the boot , drivers seat scuffed and damaged car was dirty inside , steering wheel dirty . There was a receipt left in the phone charging area . This is not how I would expect a brand new car being delivered back after 3 .5 months in Hilton . Was charged £50 for a complimentary courtesy car . Wish I could add photos on here it’s shocking . Drove the car today and now there’s a rattling sound in the rear of the car where the repair was done . This goes from bad to worse . No contact today, I had to message to ask what’s going on on . When I did get a response NO APOLOGY. I’m in shock . Feel my 72 plate only driven for 16 weeks is ruined by Hilton . Please pass this review to Peter Hilton as would like a response from him .

The service I had from Audi Peterborough and Stuart Forge from Hilton coachwork was brilliant. They took all the hassle away from dealing with an accident and subsequent repair. Booked my car in for some minor repairs after being rear ended. I selected Hilton due to their good reputation and being a VW brands Approved Repairer. Hilton did a superb job on the repair, the car looks as good as new and was valeted upon collection. The staff were very friendly to deal with, particularly on Reception. Highly recommended!

I’m amazed at the service and quality of this company! Stuart is a true professional and a lovely person!My BMW 140i was pretty severely damaged from the rear left wheel to the differential and was impossible to drive. A friend recommended Stuart at Hilton Coachworks and after a phone call explaining the damage he swiftly got me booked in and explained all the options I had. I was pretty stressed thinking about dealing with the insurance aspect of this and he made sure that it was as stress free as possible, once I arranged the recovery of the car the rest was handled for me.Stuart kept me in the loop throughout the process and made me aware as soon as there were any potential delays on the cards (which I anticipated due to the amount of parts that were damaged)After receiving the call to say my car was ready for collection earlier than anticipated I went down to see my now immaculate looking car, the work carried out was spectacular and I am over the moon with it!I would recommend this garage and Stuart to anybody who is looking for a repair! In todays world, customer service is all too frequently a lost art. My experience of MB Peterborough & Hilton Coachworks thankfully demonstrated that 1st class customer service does still exist.Stuart Forge in particular is a shining example of what customer service can be, that guy could not do enough for me & I express my sincere thanks to you Stuart. The repair standard is second to none & the whole experience has been smooth & seamless.

The customer service was excellent. Stuart Forge was very helpful and available when needed and it was good to be talking to a person rather than a call centre when I wanted the assurance of knowing my new car would be restored to a high standard. The work is impeccable and I may be imagining it but the car seems to drive better and more efficiently now I have it back. Thank you so much.
