Called around 9pm at night. Taxi showed up exactly on time. As we waited we were text'd several times advising arrival time. Greeted with friendly driver.

Turned up 15 minutes late. Not even bothered. Made us late for our event. Had the cheek to try and charge me £32 for a 3 mile journey there and back. Absolutely outrageous!!!! Will never use them again.
