We were so fortunate to have been directed to RKM Joinery for our windows. They have proved to be an excellent, communicative and friendly, professional team. From our first contact, a site visit, our confidence was established. A thorough and precise plan was made for the project which included rather large casements, French doors and sand blasted windows, a real mix! The process from measurement to fitting was faster than we had expected. We were able to contact the chaps with any queries en route and vice versa so there was clear communication all along.The team fitting the windows , over two days, were efficient, very tidy and thorough- oh! and cheerful! All makes a huge difference!The finished project is great. The frames are solid, smooth opening, lovely finish and the fixtures and fittings great quality.
