Huffing and puffing because a customer came in 30 mins before closing time! Most businesses now a days would be grateful for custom. Wish I hadn't bothered now anyway as the chips were crustier than a homeless man's toes!

Chicken and chips from here are lovely, Staff friendly and helpful, Only downside is no napkins but not to much of an issue, will continue to use and recommend

I have eaten alot of kebabs over the last 30 years and tonight I have to say that was absolutely Top Notch, Large mixed kebab with onions fried separately, fresh salad, Sarachi style chilli sauce and mint, beautifully cooked, succulent and very tasty. Perfection

Has it changed ownership?I have been travelling several miles each time for the last 20 years to get a chicken kabab from Manuel’s, they were the best in Gloucester. But, today’s kabab was the worst I have ever had. 2 slices of tomato and 3 of cucumber and less meat than a vegan burger. I will not be going back again. Such a shame. RSVP Manuel’s.

Has it change owners ? got a Kebab weekend and instead of succulent chicken it was just bits that tasted like cardboard , had to bin it . Normally very good

Normally the food is nice but last night the chips were horrible. Soggy, undercooked, stuck together. We couldn’t eat them, threw them all away! The large cod fell apart when I picked it up. Very disappointed with the food normally I have a decent meal, put me off going again to be honest!

Shocking service…rude and lacking people skills,very inconsistent on portions of chips! Won’t be using again.Made a complaint in person with said food,for them to throw it in the bin wasting it all.
