Sara and her team cared for our much loved cat Bo whilst we were on our summer holiday last week. We hadn’t left her before and our worries were immediately put at ease. Each and every person that visited to feed and spend time with Bo sent us a photograph of how she was doing. We got a text each time she was visited with the time they arrived and left so we knew she was getting the time spent with her that we had paid for. Our home felt very safe in their hands and I would recommend Newport Pet Services 110%. Thank you for taking such great care of our Princess Bo ❤️

I have used Newport Pet Services to look after my cats twice whilst we have been away. Both times they have been excellent, I do not have a single negative to say. I will gladly use them again in the future, they can’t do enough to help and make sure your pets are happy, and the prices are very reasonable.

This was the first time we used Newport Pet Services to look after our three cats. Our first meeting with Sara, when she provided us with background information on what services are provided and a general chat about what we expected, was very professional and informative.The actual service provided was excellent and we particularly liked the daily notifications of when the visits started and finished and also included some photos of the cats, which was very reassuring.I would have no hesitation in recommending their services to anyone and we will certainly be using them again.Thank you Sara, Emily and Laine!!Liz

This is the first time we have used Newport Pet Services, and it was the first of many. Sara and her team did a wonderful job of reassuring us with an initial home visit then taking care of our cat while we were away, sending photos as well as a daily text which was such a thoughtful touch. And all this for an incredibly reasonable price. I’m about to book them for our next trip.

Newport Pet Services has been wonderful from beginning to end! Coming to meet our cat, getting to know his routine and then attending to him whilst we were away, always letting us know the times of their visits via their app. We will certainly use their services again, highly recommended!

Newport Pet Services looked after our two cats whilst we were away. They provided a wonderful service sending a message everytime they visited which we had prearranged as twice a day. They sent regular pictures of the cats so we knew they were well looked after. We will definitely use the service again.

Fantastic. I used Newport Pet Services recently to look after my two dogs for a week. Sara came round to discuss the dogs routine, feeding and exercise requirements. Originally booked for the end of May, I had to make a short notice date change which was no problem for Sara and her team to change. Every walk, I had an email informing me of the duration, route and the number of times they did their business, brilliant. It's always a bit of a worry leaving pets with others but with Newport Pet Services I didn't need to stress about anything, it all went brilliantly and I would have no hesitation in recommending and using Newport Pet Services in the future. Sara really helped us out looking after two dogs when an elderly relative had to go into hospital unexpectedly. She and her team liaised with the family and neighbours and gave us daily updates including pictures of the dogs. The team really cared for the dogs and adapted to their needs. I would thoroughly recommend Newport Pet Services.

I used Newport Pet Services for the first time as we were away for two weeks and needed care for our cat Maggie. In the past we have used a cattery but Maggie would be miserable cooped up for that long so went for daily visits from NPS instead. She was so much happier than a cattery and we got daily pictures which meant we could relax. She got to stay in her own surroundings and it was great knowing we had a professional going in. Would certainly reccomend.

Very happy with Newport Pet Services. They looked after our pet sheep for the three weeks we were away in the summer. We especially appreciated getting the daily notifications that let us know when the pet sitter arrived and left the field - this gave us peace of mind that Tiny, Matilda and Eric were in good hands.
