Very expensive .ctd is better range and cheaper .better service too

The whole team at Basingstoke could not have been more helpful throughout. I would really recommend going in store if the online stock isnt showing what you need as they helped ring around different branches to collect what we needed. Two team member were new but they had such great customer service and the branch manager was also excellent at helping pull the order together. Definitely would go straight down to this store for our next tile job.

Dirty looking store, staff smoking out the roller door and just looked like they didn't really care or want to be there. Having been to others this shop looks dated and the covid measures just looked unprofessional and last minute so they could open the shop to make money. They did have the tiles I wanted at £14 each, which was a long process as the manager told me there was a system error. You would have thought they would remove the dusty footprint from one and the remains of a sticker from another. Reluctant to use them in the first place and now even less likely to use them again. The previous manger seemed to know what she was doing in terms of standards and service!

The guys at the Basingstoke store were extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

I found the team really helpful from choosing the tiles, to sorting the quantities needed and the ordering as well as arranging delivery. Hazel in particular was hugely helpful and kept me updated on the delivery as well as sourcing a few extra tiles for me when we needed a few more. Great service and Hazel is definitely an asset to the store - thank you :)

Third time I have used Topps Tiles. Staff were attentive and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend
