very dirty and noisy pub till late, wouldn’t recommend. Nice views from the window and a couple shops in the village to take your mind of the dreadful hotel.

Very nice bar, with good selection of drinks. Staff are very friendly, as are the 'locals'. Pool table and darts board available. Good menu looks very good too. Nice place for a drink if you're in the town.

The room was perfectly adequate, however, nothing special. Unfortunately, during our stay they weren't serving food but the staff were friendly and helpful, offering local knowledge to help us get around and find what we needed. There isn't much to do in town, but if you're after a practical and comfortable place to stay with friendly staff, this is a suitable choice.

We went for a drink here and Lucy the barmaid was fantastic. She is an asset to the establishment and was a wonderful person to talk with. She was attentive and just a great person to make our trip to the Queens that little bit more special. Would come back just for the quality of service. Thank you!

The hotel double charged us for the room, and when we realised they failed to offer us a refund despite many phone calls and promises that they would.Room itself is very dated and in need of some work. Food in the pub is fairly good.

Worst hotel ive ever been at. Rooms were disgusting (hair in the bed sheets, dirt in every corner). Reception was never around any time before the pub opened. Stay was so bad instead of extending a day we opted to go to a seperate hotel.. avoid this place

Very welcoming and friendly host and bartender.Recently refurbished rooms, neat and clean. Prince room (7) very spacious for 4 people. Both rooms had TV, towels, soaps, kettle, bath, shower, clothes rack with hangers, hair dryer and plenty of draws.Overall, warm and welcoming stay with a few local options for food.

Came for breakfast this morning, honestly one of the best vegetarian breakfasts we have seen. Great portions and really good taste, staff were really happy to help and I’ve never met a chef who was as friendly as the chap today. Both me and my partner were honestly really impressed and wished we lived closer to get the breakfast every week. I don’t often review a place but this was exceptional.

Only popped in for an hour but loved the place took the in-laws for a coffee out was fun great service from a young man who really made us feel welcome
