Amberstone Security

Been with Amberstone since joining last September and have been working in Leicester since February I can honestly say that Amberstone are one of the best security companies I have had the privilege of working with if I need to contact HR nothing is to much trouble and deal quickly with any queries I have my area manager is the nicest person I have had the pleasure of meeting and interacting with nothing is to much trouble and my colleagues who i work with at my assigned location are a fantastic bunch it’s a pleasure to work for Amberstone

They don't do mandatory drug testing on their security guards and they should. Especially at the penzance store of morrisons

Worked for this company in Fazakerley at an asda store and left my stab vest which paid 400 quid for , was told supervisor had in his car and to contact him to have it returned , rang numerous times and never seen it again absolute thieves

The worst company I've worked for. They make a lot of problems. when you leave they don't pay you back money. They invent training that they've never done and that you have to pay for when you leave. It's the worst job option.

one of the worst companies I've ever worked for, wouldn't blame the whole company but 2 specific people who work directly for Amberstone, I don't work directly for Amberstone but I have worked through a agency under amberstone. Simona Flueras is such a terrible client support manager, kicking agency staff like myself for complaining about a supervisor at Amazon EMA. as I complained about a supervisor she wasn't doing anything about it, because she has him wrapped around her finger she had the audacity to sack me because she didn't like the fact I got LP involved in this, I emailed HR for Amberstone too. such a petty thing to do and if he has a mental health issue the supervisor I complained about why is he working in a warehouse with the public? I am not the only one who complained about him, so many other security staff also amazon staff have been complaining about him but she doesn't give a toss as he listens to everything she has to say, even Jason her manager doesn't give a toss either. avoid working at Amazon in the East Mids area as you'd have someone like Simona do deal with.

I would give a 0 but you have not got one. 7th December while shopping in Aldi at Crayford. I was stopped by a female security lady whom called out in embarrassing me in front of shoppers to look in my bag. I refused as no alarms went off and I was not even out of the shop. Unfortunately she picked on the wrong person. I told her to call the police if she wanted to but that she was not looking in my bag because she had no reason to. She then put her hands on me which I know for a FACT is not allowed and then she kissed her lips at me. The Managers had to apologise on her behalf, as I am not too sure she could understand English very well. You as a Company, not not sound like you vet your staff very well and if I see her in there again and she stops me again then I am afraid your Company will be in the Metro or Newshopper. Disgusting isn't the word for it. Next time get your so called security guards to stand where they should do and not just think they can shout out at people whether they have taken anything or like myself NOT. I preferably would not like to see her there again and think she is not capable of this type of job very unprofessional.
