Morgan Court

Morgan court doesn't have a reception to collect your parcels.Also, the water is not hot that long.There is no lift.The washing machines only accept coins.It's just kind of soso.Also, better to find a place nearer sainsburys that has better quality food.However, it's better than sugarhouse next door that seems to have a security problem.

The most depressing, horrible place I have ever stepped foot in. The university tried to charge me nearly 9k usd for this for one year as a postgrad, but I stepped foot inside and instantly had my contract cancelled. If I could give zero stars, I would. Their “apartment” setup is a joke, as it is in no way an apartment whatsoever ever. The picture displays their “apartment” which consists of a dark hallway (I had all the lights on) identical shrunken rooms with little to offer, and a 3/4 kitchen hidden away in a room behind the camera. I’m incredibly disappointed for the lack of pictures available on the residence website or from the RA’s and disgusted by the price the university of Edinburgh has set for this nightmare dorm masquerading as adequate accommodation. There are no common rooms, barely any space for one person, I felt miserable the second I entered until the second I left. If you’re considering living here, stay away! I should also add that despite preordering, there was zero amenities within. No bedding or toilet paper or even the ability to connect to WiFi.

Morgan Court can be a hit or a miss. I loved living here, but I know others that had a less enjoyable expreience. The overall design of the building is a bit odd, so it really depends on the location of your room. It's a nice quite place to live, which is not always the case with student housing. Being above Tesco is a great asset, but it can attract the occasional unsavory characters. It's the furtherst dorm from campus, but the walk didnt bother me.

Bit confusing and two gates on different sides. Tesco express just on the ground floor. Couple of parking there at the entrance. Located in the middle of the city

Literally the best place I’ve ever lived. Our boiler never worked but that wasn’t an issue because living there was so good you started to enjoy the cold showers.
