Brilliant crystal shop located in the Albert Dock. The staff are always friendly and they welcome any questions you may have.They stock a wide variety of crystals, which are very beautiful. They range from a few pounds to several hundred, depending on your budget.I was after a crystal for my mum for Xmas and I found just what I was after, which I think she will love.I also bought a few others for myself.Definitely worth a visit ✨

Visited in November with my 8 year old daughter. Staff members were staring at myself and daughter and followed us around the store. My daughter kept asking me why was the lady following us because she was scared.Overpriced and overrated stock.Didn’t bother buying anything as it would probably break.Avoid and go somewhere else.As a store you need to invest in what customer service is. Your attitude is shocking.

I was here about 2 weeks ago and was looking at some silver jewelry, the young blonde girl behind counter wasn't happy I asked if I could see a piece of jewelry that cabinet needed to be unlocked (it wasn't busy) she walked out with a face like a sack of potatoes and just had a really bad attitude, she was very short with me and acted like I was wasting her time and didn't mind letting me know she didn't want to help me, however my friends and I did end up buying a lot of jewelry and natural stones there, I just couldn't get over the rudeness of this young girl, who definitely didn't want to be there. The other staff were lovely (even my friends commented on how off this young girl was with me - for no reason) Never been treated so poorly before - ever.

love this shop. they have lots of beautiful great quality germs, which is hard to find now since crystals become a trend. according to the staffs the shop has been there for over 30 years now.

Was so happy I stumbled across this shop during our visit to Liverpool.. The shop has some beautiful pieces! The staff was ever so friendly and really informative when I had questions about gemstones. I was looking for some tarot cards which they sadly didn't have but the ladies happily told me were I could purchase them from. xx
