Visited last week for a hair trim my first time here. Staff are extremely friendly, Sue who cut my hair was very polite and did a great job. Reasonably priced. Would highly recommend!

This business is part of the furniture of Harrow Weald - they've been around for ages! They specialise in hair colouring and it is definitely worth it to go to a place which specialises in hair colouring. I didn't really know what specific colour I wanted but Tas is great at recommending a colour based on your skin tone, hair colour etc etc. All staff very friendly, range of appointments available and compared to central London prices, they are extremely good value for money.If it's your first time doing colouring here make sure you leave time to do a skin allergy test at least 48 hours before main appointment.

I went in for a trim wash and blow dry. The lady took way to much off than I wanted when they are cutting your hair you don’t have an idea of how much they cutting off then she kept cutting of more of the length. She put in layers at the front of my hair when I didn’t even ask for it she said “I put in some layers for you at the front it looks nice” my hair is pretty ruined due to my colouring it else where, she asked if I use heat protection spray when I blow dry and straighten my hair she goes it’s very important to, yet she didn’t use any heat protection on my hair. I would never ever use there services again I highly recommend people to be very vocal with what they want and ask that hairdressers don’t just do whatever they want. I don’t recommend this place to anyone. She has ruined my hair I hate the style of it it’s way to short and I hate the layers in at the front. All I wanted was a straight cut and she didn’t listen.

Wouldn’t recommend colours at all, was left feeling really unhappy with both the service and haircut. I have written to them but not heard back since.I had an appointment booked for a wash cut and blowdry for 5:45 pm and somebody from the salon rang me asking if I could come in by 5 as she had somewhere to get to, I explained I was at another appointment and would be as quick as I could be and got there at 5:15 to what I thought would be a nice and relaxing experience. On arrival there was no consultation and barely a meet and greet it was just a rush to get me into the chair and get my hair washed. When asked how I would like to have my haircut again it was quite rushed and I just felt like I had to go with whatever the stylist was suggesting. She was brushing my hair and because it was too knotty rather than combing it through it just cut the knotty portions off, again something I have never experienced! I appreciate my hair was quiet dry as I haven’t had it cut since august but I was just expecting a much better and friendly approach.I am not a very confrontational person so just bared my way through the experience. The whole visit just seemed very rushed and rough and I have left feeling very upset and with hair that is much much shorter than I hoped for. I was in the salon for literally no longer than 30 minutes for a wash, cut and blow dry!!!

I just gave birth a month ago and wanted to change my hair colour - so I did the horrible mistake of doing it myself! My hair was patchy and horrible. I tried booking appointments with different hairdressers in my area who all refused me saying my hair was too thick or making excuses. At colours in Harrow Weald I experienced a professional service were the staff were non judgemental and made me feel welcomed. I had a nice chat during my hair colouring and felt more like myself (definitely needed the pampering after the whole birth experience) my hair was fixed and looked healthy and made me feel so much more confident in myself. I walked out with a new look and felt ready to take on the world ! (Aka. Changing nappies and feeding my newborn haha)

Love this place. I have been going here for years. They are not only able to follow instructions on the way I would like my hair, but also able to recommend hair styles/cuts that suit the customer's taste and face shape. Would highly recommend, as not only are the staff lovely, but the prices are reasonable.

This salon is one of the best I have been to. I booked an appointment with Sue to cut my 2 daughters hair. She was very professional and gentle on the hair. Will definitely be booking again. Highly recommended.
