Had my outboard for over 4 months with no contact to say what they were doing to it. Had to phone them my self on several occasions just to get fobbed off a few times. Fed me some BS about not being able to find a part even though I found one on ebay in minutes. Then tells me the bill os over £300 and carried out expensive work without consulting me.
