This is a great local business. Staff are so knowledgeable and helpful. Their balloons are first class and any we have had have stayed inflated for at least a good couple of weeks. This time we got balloons for my husband's 60th. On the day they also supplied additional balloons after my friend's supplier let her down. Thankyou so much for your exceptional service and balloons. I would definitely recommend this business.

Created a beautiful (and not expensive!) 50th Wedding Anniversary gift balloon at exceptionally short notice for me after I messaged them via facebook in the middle of the night from Seattle. My parents were happy and I was delighted! I highly recommend them!

A cheap friendly pub but stuck back in the 1970's. The language of some of the clientèle is quite off putting for any customer with and level of decency about them. Even when asked to mind their language, it didn't change and no back up from staff. Tut Tut.

Got a walking pet pug balloon for my grandaughter and she absolutely loves it thank you. This is a fantastic place and always go here for party balloons they've always had what I ask for and customer service is 1st class x

Went last minute for some balloons for a workmates 40th. Staff were kind friendly and really helpful, got the balloons and their classic extra ribbons added a nice touch. Will go again! Sorry for the rubbish picture lol

Very helpful staff with good ideas. I ordered a beautiful balloon for my daughter's wedding reception, and when I picked it up, I was delighted with the result, so was the owner and she took a photgraph as she was pleased with the balloon, however on the journey to the venue the balloon burst. I sat with it on my knee in a black bag provided by the retailer, away from the dashboard to ensure the balloon was not touching anything sharp, and about 10 minutes into the journey the balloon burst, with all the baby balloons and ticker tape flying around the car. I was so disappointed, as my two grand children were looking forward to bursting the balloon after the first dance at the reception. I phoned the owner to explain what had happened and she offered to provide me with another balloon but explained that she would have to charge me again. The explanation was that, if there had been a fault in the balloon, then it would have burst when they were working with it, as they stretch it and shake it, but I assured her that there were no sharp objects near the balloon and that it had just burst. As I paid £40 odd pounds for the balloon, I think better customer service would have been to replace the balloon free of charge and maybe even transported it to the venue, as time was limited for me to return to the shop for pick up. The balloon did not touch anything at all and I think it could have been the change in temperature or it was blown up too tightly, or it did indeed have a fault in it. I just think this is poor customer service, my daughter was so disappointed as were the children.
