Addlethorpe Golf & Country Club

We stayed here for a 4 night break in the Sunningdale lodge. The lodge was absolutely fantastic. Had all the little extras, dishwasher tablets, washing machine pod. We was given milk and a plum loaf when we arrived also. WiFi in the lodge too. Kids loved the driving range and the clubhouse was lovely. Hot tub was checked every morning. Will definitely be returning. The pool table area needs attention as there was no white ball and the ceiling was breaking. This would have been a great addition or maybe one in the clubhouse.

Had a great couple of nights away in a relaxing lodge, the hot tub helped to unwind, amazing views. Would definitely recommend.

Quiet, beautiful idyllic surroundings with a hot tub. It has been the perfect place for a catch up with friends. The cabins are really well stocked, spacious and comfortable. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for a quiet relaxing break away, either with friends or family.

Very bad place for sells made £15 I travel 184miles round trip I sale new and second hand toys and new fruity air balls for £3. and first big class and small stamps UK 23% cheaper in post offices round England barcode in date off 2023 they smell off fresh fruit smell good for babys and kids we do 2 ball's for £5 bargain they do sell them sometimes on beach front very rare for £6 each with no bargains I'm giving

We stayed here for a week in October. We stayed in one of the Lodges with a Hot tub. We wanted a relaxing break with our kids and that's exactly what we got. We could not have asked for anything more, they thought of everything, upon arrival they handed us some milk and a Plum Loaf, once we entered the Lodge which was amazing and extremely tidy we was greeted with all beds made, tea sugar a krups machine with pods, tea towel sponge, washing up liquid, pods for dishwasher and washing machine, towels dressing gowns and slippers plus toiletries. There was WI-FI through out the park. The hot tub was hot and checked daily. The Club house was really good as was the food. We never got to try out the Golf course due to the weather but did go to the diving range. All the staff were absolutely brilliant. A fantastic break away could not have wished for more. Oh and there was electric hook up for cars.

They do a great Sunday lunch, as for golf not my thing but always looked busy and has putting green right next to restaurant/bar

Expected more from the food . Had the steak and ale pie with chips . The pastry was so hard nearly broke the plate and the meat was burnt . The wife's chicken burger was over cooked and the bacon cold . Both chips were 4 times cooked . I really looked forward to trying the food but was very disappointed, will not be going again .

Prior to booking back in January for the last 2 weeks of June I did extensive research (due to my wife being disabled) to ensure any holiday booked was suitable for our needs, I was impressed with the help I received from the on site manager who helped me to decide which lodge to book this left me with only one question that being the availability of wifi as my wife would be confined to the lodge for our 2 week stay and I needed to ensure high speed wi-fi to enable a couple of hours work per day, from my first contact I made this clear this would be a deal breaker if not in place, I was assured this would be up and running by the time our holiday arrived which at that point was many months away, with that in mind I went ahead and booked, when it came to the day I needed to make final payment to Hoseasons I specifically asked the bookings manager if the wifi was up and running she advised me that the switch on date had been confirmed for 16th April still over a month before our holiday so I went ahead lost my option to cancel and paid the final balance.Imagine my disappointment when we arrived on site to find no wifi , the site did provide a 4g myfi unit but due to the poor 4G signal it was totally useless, I was further disappointed to see only a few days after paying my balance the price of the holiday reduced by £400 this is something I would have accepted without complaint If I had received that which I had booked.Our issues were compounded from day one by the French doors not closing (we had to tie the handles together to secure the doors at night times) this took 4 visits from trades men and 8 days to rectify , I requested a partial refund from the area manager he came back to me a day later with a derisory offer of £100 bar credit in the club bar we declined this as an insult and asked him to come back with something more sensible, I am still waiting for him to come back to me. Hence an official complaint was sent to Coastfield Ltd on our return home. after a 2 week wait my request was refused in fullWe were offered on day 8 a move us to another location and had that been offered before we travelled along with an option to cancel altogether that would have been so much better. The then price of the alternate accommodation was less than we had paid but still no mention of a refundIn short If I had know the wifi would be such a problem I would never have booked this holiday, and Senior Management team knew this, I would not recommend any of this companies sites and would suggest you look elsewhere for your well earned holidays
