Disgusted with service, or lack of. Expected letter to have been sent two weeks ago but has not been. Was requested cost of maintenance work when only requesting access to neighbouring propriety why ? Obviously my problem would not generate a large enough bill. DISGUSTED WITH THIS OLD WORKSOP FIRM - not even worth 1 star.

I cannot speak more highly of this service. Simon was incredibly helpful and provided great amounts of expertise, support and advice during the difficult and controlled separation I experienced. I was helped from beginning to end. I would not hesitate at all to recommend Ilett and Clark.

everytime i called the phone hung up, finally got through asked the gentleman for the solicitor who would be acting and was rude and abrupt. what he didnt know is that i was looking myself to take up ilett and clarks services. using another company, not impressed with lack of customer service skills.

Rubbish service. We went in to discuss with Tracy and all fine. Told forms would be posted. 3 weeks later.. no forms. So I rang in. Tracy had no idea why no forms had been sent. Said she would 'investigate' and ring me asap. 2 weeks later... no call. Have taken my business elsewhere

What an absolute breath of fresh air! :) We decided to instruct Illet & Clark to sell our home due to the highly professional conveyance service they provided us last time. Once more, we were not disappointed. Daniel and the team went out of their way to ensure a smooth, timely legal service, and communication was excellent throughout. Our home was to be sold within a strict time-frame; and we couldn't be happier with the end result - at a very reasonable price. We were particularly impressed with their dedicated personable approach - keeping us 100% in the loop throughout the process. Terrible conveyancer. Refuse to reply to my solicitors enquiries,which in turn is actually ignoring me. Disrespectful and ignorant. An absolutely unacceptable way to conduct a supposed “professional “ service. Be warned if your buyers or sellers are using this company - be prepared for a slow shoddy rude service

We recently purchased an house and instructed Ilett and Clark to carry out the conveyancing and we received an outstanding level of service. Daniel and his team, who were assigned to our case was extremely helpful and ensured that all issues were resolved within very tight timelines. I would definitely use their services again and would recommend them to others.

Called them for a quote to instruct on my behalf in a property sale, I accepted the quote and an automated response stated a member of the team would be in touch, I'm yet to hear anything weeks later. I've since found another solicitor and can safely say, I won't be approaching illet and Clark again for their services.
