I would be grateful if you can pass on my thanks to the two young men, Sam and Nathan who arrived promptly at No 1 Catholic Lane last Sunday after I had been diagnosed with a possible kidney stone ( proved to be correct) These men are completely capable, friendly and efficient. They were also great with my wife who understandably was at that time under much stress.This was just what I needed when under intense pain and I wish to thank them bothAlan M Etheridge

Came to a shout at dudley Town centre on 19/4/23 to my friend having a seizure.Very professional, very fast service, treated my friend with dignity and respect.I think the one paramedic was called Kai and the other was a young Irish paramedic.Can you give them both thanks from Bev and Toni

Caron and Kate along with trainee Eve came to attend to me We’d. 11/10/23. They were all very caring and knowledgeable and with their help (despite G.P.) helped to get me assessed more quickly at Wolverhampton A&E. very good work. Much appreciated by my husband and I.

This is in praise of the 2young men ,who came to attend me at home on Bank holiday Monday ,they treated me with care and respect ,and kept me calm,they also had a wonderful sense of humour and put both my husband and myself at ease,they were very professional,but also with kindness towards my husband who is early stage Parkinson's, both of these young men were named Nathan and you should all be very proud of them, thank you boys xx

Very welcoming as far as the ambulance service ..fantastic but when arrived to Russell hall I'm treated by a male nurse with a not very good attitude to myself as a member of the public. I cannot fault the two female of the paramedic services which treated me as a human being. As transerved to a displacement of my knee I was met by a ginger male by the name of Richard who me was very rude and I had apologies off female ambulance paramedics through his conduct .paramedics as in yesterday were very professional that horrible man is definitely not!
