Excellent quality food, delivered reasonably quickly on a no doubt busy Friday evening. They are our go to Indian despite being a few miles away and plenty of closer competitors because it's so good.

Ordered food at 5:30, said it would take an hour. But still hadn't arrived by 7:45. Tried ringing the restaurant and no one was answering. Wouldn't bother ordering from them. Like trying to get blood out of a stone. Waste of time.

I ordered through just eat as my son was very poorly hadn’t eaten all day and knew I couldn’t put him down to cook.Order placed through just eat at 1pm for delivery at 5.30pm , everything was fine.Just when I was checking my order at 4.30pmI noticed they had changed me £3 for delivery and not £1.50 to Eccleston as per their website, so I spoke to just eat customer services who looked into it for 20 mins only to tell me that my order had been cancelled by the restaurant as they didn’t have what I ordered in stock ....... had I not have contacted just eat them I wouldn’t have known as nobody contacted me to say my order was cancelled or would I like to order something else. I am livid to say the least as this is extremely bad customer service through the restaurant and they have also reflected very badly on just eat too

Ordered and paid for a takeaway at 7:06pm online. The payment for £29.70 was accepted with ease. At 10:20pm the order had not been received, we had attempted to telephone them for over 2 hours and eventually when they answered we were told that it would not be coming and we had to contact just eat to resolve our refund. Do not order from here and certainly DO NOT pay prior to order. We are now -£30, without our meal and have to spend hours trying to contact the intermediary to possibly achieve a refund. This is a fraudulent business operation.

Always been a regular. Fabulous food, however, pandemic seems to have misplaced loyal custom. What was promised a one and a half hour wait became over 3 hours. A little late for tea at 22.50 - order placed 19.40.

Food is always piping hot, really enjoy the food from here. Sometimes there is a wait but its worth it, madras is hot - just how i like it x

very poor customer service tonight. I've used the seven stars for years. but tonight I paid £2.50 delivery then I received a call asking for a further £2. this has never happened before I am disgusted in their greed. I live 4.6 miles and the charge to Croston is £2BE AWARE WHEN ORDERING

I just placed an order for delivery as I am self isolating. I paid with PayPal and paid the £2 delivery charge and a service charge. I made a note that I was self isolating and as I had paid, to please leave the food on the doorstep. They confirmed my order and then cancelled it 5 minutes later by text, with no explanation. Just told to try another restaurant. Terrible service. I am a regular customer and will not be using you ever again after I have stopped isolating, nor will I recommend you again.
