Lovely ladies. I went in for a trim and a side fringe and I was really happy with it and thought it was lovely. Amanda herself really listened and provided me with a haircut I was happy with. But at home me and family members thought that I hadn't asked for enough to be taken off the ends of my hair so we made another appointment and the next day we went back asking for 2 INCHES to be taken off. I loved the length of my hair and it made me feel confident and I don't know if it was due to a misunderstanding or miscommunication but Amanda took way more than 2 inches of my hair and in the nicest way possible I hate it mainly because im used to having long hair. It wasnt entirely anyone's fault but I would suggest being very clear about the length you want your hair to be so that this doesn't happen to anyone else. Amanda was quite accomodating and even done the touch up" free of charge I'm just not entirely happy with it because in my opinion she cut more than was asked ."
