Park's MG Irvine

I was very impressed with my experience at Parks in Irvine when I bought my MG ZS from Ken Love. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and he put me at ease during the whole process. I would definitely recommend him to others. Ken and the staff were all very friendly. A lovely atmosphere.

I ordered an MG 5 Exclusive E.V. in January as my second fully electric car. Delivery date was scheduled for May but it arrived even earlier in March ( apparently a rare, but pleasant, experience in the current car market) much to my surprise.Ken Love and his team were attentive in the handling of both the purchase of my trade in and the delivery of the MG.Ken explained in full the use of the controls and how the ancillaries worked in great detail and saved me considerable time in having to study the handbook.I have been an EV. for 4 years now and if such a vehicle fits your lifestyle I would thoroughly recommend the MG brand and in particular the MG 5. The quality of the build is excellent in the price range, the car is great to drive, the range better than most, and the extra equipment all functional and easy to use; also more than you might expect for a car in this price range. The only thing missing is the provision of a spare wheel. This is however available as an optional extra and space for its storage is provided under the boot floor.All in a great car from a great team.

Absolutely disappointed I did write a 5 star review but I take it back. I’ve had nothing but the run around trying to get my car. Just keep getting told it’s sitting ready then it’s not. I was told I would get it on Tuesday it’s now Thursday and now I’m told I will get it on Monday what a disaster

I purchased a used (9 month old) MG5 ev using the Energy Saving Trust loan scheme. Kenneth Love was great. He understood the requirements of EST and sorted out all the paperwork they required for me. He also spent lots of additional time giving me advice and tips on electric vehicles as I’ve never owned one before. He is very knowledgeable. I absolutely love my new car and delighted with the service provided by Kenneth and Parks.

Absolutely amazing service. Ken went above and beyond, ensuring that I could get my car as soon as possible and that I was entirely happy with the car. Service was top class - laid back, honest, and sincere. I felt very comfortable with my (very informed) decision. Upon purchase, went over all controls in the car, which was very much appreciated. Wish I could give him 6 stars - would definitely return.

Just received my new car, very Happy with the sale and service from the MG staff.

Disappointed picked up my new mg4 EV extended range couple days ago found out it’s old stock and didn’t come with the rear wiper , middle headrest or roof interiors handles yet there were others in the yard before mine arrived with them , was told mine came from Dumfries and I would have to wait between 8-13 weeks if I wanted that , very dissatisfied but couldn’t wait so had no choice but to take the inferior one, plus I was advised by other buyers to check the plastic motor cover under the rear of the car as some are badly fitted and guess what it was it’s budging down and I can see the motor underneath . No ta happy chappie

Walked in, 1 sales advisor was present and had a customer. Left after 10 minutes without being acknowledged (Sunday approx 2.30 pm). Not expecting him to leave customer, but could have said “hello, be with you when I can”… or even looked at us.
