Nice and quiet even though everywhere else seemed chocca. No issues parking also it was free!! Great views and a lovely walk

Parked in the car park here to cycle the Balderton pack horse trail.Good paths/tracks around the reservoir and portable toilet in the car park

Me and my daughter parked at Hury Reservoir and did an 8 mile walk that took in Blackton Reservoir and Balderhead Reservoir. It was a bit nippy but what a beautiful area to explore.

We had a lovely walk all the way round and there is good parking and picnic area. Also toilets which is a good bonus.

Not easy fishing, windy at times, but can be very rewarding. Cat's whisker is the one they will chase otherwise CDC seem to do well.
