Urban Soul Yoga, Belfast

We attended a class last Sunday morning as part of my Hen Party. It was the most lovely experience. Breige was so welcoming and the studio is beautiful.Everyone felt great after the class, definitely cured a few people after a late night the previous night ha!Thanks so much Breige, would recommend to anyone around Belfast

Excellent studio in the heart of South Belfast, the instructor was great and catered for beginners (like me) as well as the more experienced hot yoga folk. Highly recommend to anyone in Belfast.

I started coming to Urban Soul studio when it first opened a few months ago, I have tried most classes and have been able to improve so much with lots of personal attention due to the class sizes being small. All of the instructors are amazing and give you variety in each class which is also suited to beginners. Highly recommend Urban Soul Studio in south Belfast!

Came here twice during my visit in Belfast, did a hot yoga (vinyasa) flow and a sculpt class, loved both classes!The studio itself is full of character, it’s new, clean, but yet mixes with a rusty touch, brings a feeling of zen…. I wish we have a similar venue in Seattle!Both hot yoga and sculpt classes I attended were heated (temperature for sculpt class was warm and for yoga felt like between 100-105F) and were taught by Breige who is the studio owner. She was so lovely and attentive, she explained each movements very well and made me feel very welcomed.I also loved they have a very clean shower that I could use after the class!Highly recommend here if you are looking for a good workout or an exercise community!
