Our club teaches Karate to ordinary people of all ages and abilities, how to use martial arts in a practical sense and relate it to every day life. This class is great: a lovely supportive group of ladies who help each other on their karate journey. All ages, sizes and backgrounds! Loz is a fantastic teacher who genuinely cares about all her students.
