Boots Opticians Manchester - Market Street

First of all the store area was exceptionally clean and tidy whcih made it feel inviting and professional. I had lovely warm greetings from everyone and every step of my journey was well explained. The new guy was sweet and seemed geneuinely keen to learn from his mentor. His mentor was a lovely woman. My Optician Faiaq was kind, attentive genuine and professional. The tests she performed were so well explained and I felt she really cared not just about m y eye health, but that I was informed and had options. Thank you! After the appointment I didn't need new glasses, but the kind female staff member I spent some time with went out of her way to try and find the office lenses I was interested in.Thank you!

Really disappointed. Customer service is horrible to say the least and staff are to rip-off the customer from the word go. Having gone there for an eye test and wanting to get three new ones, they were so horrible I got just one. That too I wanted to cancel the order after three hours and they refused saying its already in the production line". Never go there again. They will hear from me soon..."

Great customer service. Ordered my contacts, which were delayed due to some issues at a warehouse. I told the team that I'd be travelling soon and needed my contacts before leaving the UK, so the team went out of their way to help me out. I ended up receiving my order slightly delayed, but still on time before departure and also got trial lenses as a complement. Thanks a lot!

I came for a contact lens check, before which I was only made aware to wear the lenses I normally do, which I did. I came, and the lady asked if I wear glasses. I said yes and she asked me for my prescription, a physical proof of it. I told her that I don't carry it with me, and that I wasn't told I had to bring this. She did a couple things with my eyes anyway, I paid the 50£, and then said to come back the same day or the next day with the prescription for my glasses. I came back the next day, explained all of this to another lady at the desk, and they all looked confused. Finally one of them came up to me and told me that they will have to book another appt in, which at the time was 1.5 months later. I booked it anyway as I need to get it done and since I'd already paid the cost for the appt, the young lady who booked me in was really sweet and said I won't have to worry about paying that again.

my experience is super amazing. The doctor and nurse are really nice. My English is really worse but they explain every difficult word trying to make me have a better understanding and give me a very effective treatment. They helped me a lot!

I was seen by Qasim and Gia for my contact lenses appointment. Qasim explained me the process in detail and the procedure of getting contact lenses. He checked my eyes properly for any issues that would cause problems in getting contact lenses and recommended the best way forward as per his experience. I was then helped by Gia to learn to wear and remove contact lenses. She was kind to explain everything as many times needed and patient until she observed that I could do it on my own without any assistance. Highly recommend both the members of the Boots Optician team.

From the moment I walked in I was greeted warmly by Reece. Falak and Samaun were spec-tacular (pun intended) in conducting the pre-screen checks and dispensing my glasses. Qasim also did a good job in carrying out my eye test. Overall I thought the service was fantastic and felt in good hands. Would highly recommend!

A reassuring, professional and incredibly warm and friendly service. Ann and Qasim were super helpful throughout the various tests and procedures, with Qasim reassuring me of worries I had. I was promptly set up with a stylish pair of glasses with help from the wonderful Karen who was fantastic in helping me choose.

Didn't have to wait around for long periods; appointment we'll planned. Very patient staff with my mum who has dementia. Good choice of glasses and good deal available

I was late for my appointment but was still seen. The assistant manager was very friendly and helpful. All the staff i saw were very professional and thorough. The lady who helped me choose my glasses was very helpful and nice. All round very happy with service.
