Shocking customer service, go in for wipers get a tut when i dont know reg as its wifes car. Quoted silly money for wipers! Pulled up same wipers online at eurocarparts for 50% less while stood there.Guy wouldnt match sk just went down the road to different auto store.Arrogance personified.

Stood in a que for 30 mins to pick up a paid for click and collect order. This was due to there being only one terminal/ serving position despite more staff being present However staf were polite and friendly and quality brands at competative prices .

Always really satisfied with the service an the prices. Same day collection on most items if its not in stock. Simple online forms using just your registration and if somehow you end up with the wrong part they swap no problem and even deliver the replacement part while vehicle unusable.Very happy and will always use these

Have tried to use website for two orders, First order: Decent value with discount code but paid for next day delivery and didn't arrive for 4 days. Next order couldn't get it through. Website is great for identifying parts but it's slow and painful to put order through. I gave up in the end and placed order with small parts place down the road.

Shop here a lot. You can find most things for most cars and click and collect is handy. Not much else to say really.. useful that the website suggests items based on your cars reg.. although even eBay does that now, so not ground breaking. Prices are very competitive.
