I recently had my second laser session at LaserHQ, and it was my first time with Cherie. From the start, Cherie made me feel comfortable and at ease. Having tried other laser companies, I was unsure which one to choose, but LaserHQ's positive reviews convinced me to give it a try. After just one session, I was genuinely amazed by the incredible results, especially considering I have brown skin and dark hair.While LaserHQ may be on the expensive side, the results are undeniably worth it. If you're looking for effective laser treatment, especially for those with similar skin and hair types, I highly recommend giving LaserHQ a try. Cherie's expertise and the overall experience exceeded my expectations.

Kate and the whole LaserHQ team are so wonderful and are truly the best at what they do. I remember feeling anxious when I started my journey last year but I had absolutely nothing to worry about. Everyone is so caring, professional and kind and I felt at ease right away. I always look forward to my appointment with Kate as it feels like a catch up with a friend and it’s such a stress free and uplifting experience. Highly recommend.

One of the most important aspects of any hair removal treatment is feeling comfortable and at ease with the person doing the procedure.Kate seems to have a natural ability to create a welcoming environment and make her clients feel at ease. She has a positive attitude and is enthusiastic about her work. Being able to put a smile on her clients' faces is a testament to her friendly and bubbly demeanour. This kind of positivity can make a big difference in someone's day, especially if they're coming in for a hair removal treatment that they might not be looking forward to.Overall, Kate is an excellent laser hair removal therapist. Always really approachable and informative. The laser therapist always takes the time to check in and understand wider issues around the hair growth. As well as talking through the hair cycles and how the laser works. I honestly look forward to my sessions!

I had a great experience with Kate. She was incredibly friendly, informative and welcoming. She ran through everything I needed to know and made me feel really comfortable. I’ve booked in for more sessions now and really looking forward to seeing Kate again in December for my first treatment.

I’ve been with Leeds HQ Leeds for some time now and Kate was always great, today I had first appointment with Cherie who was was super lovely, chatty & professional. I can already tell from this session alone I'm going to see a huge difference, looking forward to my next one.
