Keith and each of his team have always been very welcoming, attentive and accommodating to all our motoring needs and I cannot recommend them enough. In this day of multiple franchised and brand owned dealerships where your custom is seemingly valued only as a monthly target, it's so refreshing to come to a garage where one is a customer not a number plate, a friend not a monthly target and remember not ignored. Went to Kingham's for the first time and I could not be more impressed - greeted by Mr Kingham himself, car serviced swiftly and was then sent a video of the car being inspected from the technician...all whilst eating my breakfast (which was free at the local cafe courtesy of Kingham's!). The car came out sparkling after a complimentary buffer & wax, after the service. Staff were all a pleasure to deal with. This is as good as customer service gets. Thanks to the team, and until next time!

The best service I have ever experienced in my 15 years of car ownership. I went to Kinghams garage, Keens road, Croydon, with my 61 plate Seat with an engine management light on. They are friendly, professional, communicative and informative. A text message reminder of appointment as well as regular updates on progress of work being done.They sent a video explaining what was wrong with my car and what needed to be fixed. I will be going for my MoT in August and i will be using Kinghams for all repairs, servicing and MoTs as they are honest and all round amazing. Thank you to everyone in the team.

I had a fantastic experience with Kinghams. Very comfortable reception to wait in while your car is serviced. Excellent customer service and good value. I'd recommend to anyone. I have a Seat which got a proper check instead of the usual get them in and out quick like some do.Let's support our local family businesses please. If they look after you let's look after them.

My second visit to Kinghams and was very pleased with the welcome from Keith, the owner, and the service received. They seem to be very upfront and trustworthy, which I like. Easily they could have found something “wrong” with the car to bill me for but there was nothing, other than what I’d asked them to do. I also appreciate the full valet at no extra cost.

This was my first experience and to be honest I was worried of getting a large bill especially as I had presented a range rover for repairs. The final cost was very reasonable, I was happy with my experience. Oh I also had my car washed which I wasn't expecting. Thanks Kingham.
