We used Alaisdair Lowrey at Trinity Finance for a remortgage last year as our current fixed rate was expiring and we wanted a better deal. Alaisdair had been recommended to us by a friend who had also used him. Alaisdair couldn't have been more helpful, it only took a couple of phone calls and us sending through some documents for him to gather all the information he needed. We then had a call to go through all the options (I'm not very mortgage savvy) and he explained everything in a way even I could understand!
