Neon Vibes®

I cannot say how much I was impressed with Neon Vibes when I recently bought a Mr & Mr neon sign for our event recently. There a lot of touches, I wouldn't want to give away, about their service which really brought a smile to my face but it was the way their customer service and in particular with a matter that was not their fault that made me want to write this review. It was a very personal response which is always great and I spoke with someone called Salina who was amazing and made sure we got our sign for our big day.I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone for their customer service alone. The sign was brilliant and really made a great moment at our party.

Quality and service next to none. Communication fantastic. Would give 100 stars if I could. Pricing in normal range for market, but the finished product is impossibly good. Love it!

Ordered a sign from Neon Vibes. Apon delivery we noticed the lettering was very different to the proof that was sent. we were told that we would have to send back at our cost ( £150 with UPS ) after a full week of debating they offered to arrange collection the day before our store opening which obviously didnt work for us. since then there has been no communication meaning we have been left with a very expensive sign that doesnt even read our company name.
