Harvey Road Post Office

The owner here is rude with an inflated ego. Zero customer service skills, zero communication skills. Tried to make small talk but he just wasn't interested. The minimum spend of card is £5! I don't think he is racist just the same poor disgusting attitude with everyone. I will find another post office to go to in future.

Just like many others, I've been at the receiving end of condescension from a grumpy old man who clearly doesn't give a toss about good customer service.Actually told me that he doesn't care if I walk away when I asked about the receipt process at the end of returning an item.

First time using this post office and post man that works behind the counter is quite rude.I collected a parcel and had my photo ID and he still asked for a bank card....now I understand that a photo ID is quite sufficient and it was stated in the email that they would require this.I always say if you are not happy in a career then do something abt and change jobs...he was off with a man in front of me too ....rated a 1 star because this is awful customer service and I would of given ano star if I could.Use this unfriendly post office at your own risk and if you do don't expect k8ndness,a smile or a thank you.This post Master is a very sad and unhappy man with life and I pray that he find some sort of peace with himself....really disappointing service

I was expecting a parcel on 05/05 containing perishable goods. Instructions from sender were to leave in a safe place or neighbour, if necessary. At 18.30 with no delivery I checked senders website and found a tracking number and that at 15.30 parcel force attempted to deliver and ignored all instructions on the parcel and had taken to the P.O.(which is part of a convenience store) and that a card had been left!! No card and the P.O. closed I went to the shop to see if they could help. The proprietor was very helpful and called her daughter who came and retrieved parcel for me.

It says you can deposit cash via this post office. I’ve just been into the store and been told this is only possible when certain members of staff are working. Wasted journey.

The Post man here is the rudest man ever! No idea of how to speak to another human being, especially his wife! That poor woman. He should of been sacked years ago. Will never step foot over that door of his shop ever again. The gentleman and lady in Wyndham Street shop are so much nicer and helpful.

Absolutely shocking service, unhelpful, rude will never use again. Wouldn’t even give one star but wouldn’t let me post.

Terribly disgusting service by Mr Mann. Where is Royal Mail Standards? This post office should be Closed long time ago. It’s very dirty and dusty inside. I will never will go there again.Responds very rudely, never tells prices, can leave a counter even if he serves a client . Can ask you step on side and serve someone else in middle of your service. Does not accept parcels after 4 pm, although working hours are indicated until 4:30 as it’s main responsibility to serve ppl until 4.30pm. Please stay away if you don’t want to spoil your day, it’s not worth to go there. I would give -10 on feedback if I could. There is lots to improve but I don’t se that he is interested, very shame as it’s close to my house.

The man who runs the shop is beyond rude. Honestly hes so patronising and sarcastic. No need for it at all!!! Last time i go in there as everytime i go in there i dread it as hes horrible. Need to get some manners.
