Accessible Yoga Bedford
Accessible Yoga Bedford is simply fantastic. Sarah is a wonderful teacher & explains everything thoroughly always providing plenty of options for all levels. Perfect for beginners or those anxious about trying yoga for the first time. The little touches such as essential oil & hot, herbal teas are also lovely.

I am a complete novice and this class is perfect. Reassurance to do what my body tells me and no pressure to know the difference between a downward dog or sun warrior etc. Easy to take part and non judgemental 5*****
