Overall, I thought the course was excellent. It enabled me to think more clearly and formally. I was also very impressed with Emily, especially with the way she could simplify complex ideas. Her excellent teaching abilities were evident in the way she interacted with every student. I did L2 Hospitality with my Tutor called Amos & he is absolutely amazing! He is such a lovely man & always answered any queries I had. He went the extra mile with ensuring I had clarification on any work I had to do if I was stuck on anything.

Amos was an excellent tutor, informative, and intuative throughout the course. Overall, the teaching and learning methods were fantastic, with realistic examples which is relatable to my work experience, for example; customer service skills. I would definately recommend the programme or course.
