365 Plumbing Rugby

1st time using 365 plumbing. Would give Carl 10/10 for service, professionalism and price. Top bloke. Won’t rip you off.

The immersion heater on our vented hot water cylinder started leaking. I turned off the feed so it stopped leaking. Called 365 Plumbing and Carl came round same day to check.Prognosis was a new immersion heater but he mentioned that if things went wrong and the old one wouldn't come out, it might need a new cylinder too.Carl returned on time the next day with the new part. Thankfully the old heater came out relatively easily. So no need for a new cylinder.The 20 year old cylinder bleed valve didn't work as the washer had completely perished. Carl replaced the washer and completed the repair.We've used 365 Plumbing before to replace failed toilet cisterns.Overall, extremely prompt and great service as always from 365 Plumbing. Definitely recommended and will use again.

Carl was very helpful. Diagnosed drainage issue pretty quickly. Couldn't resolve as high pressure equipment was needed to clear a tough blockage in main sewer, but he arranged a same day appointment with a specialist, and followed up next day to make sure job was completeWould definitely use 365 again

Carl has fixed several issues in my house now . Dripping taps, toilet repairs and general advice. He has just removed and refitted a botched shower cubicle. Top quality work, fair price and a lovely chap (including the help he brought with him). He arranged for a clean up after his work and rubbish collection which both arrived on time and were efficient. Will definitely be using again (although hopefully not too soon!)
