Auto Deutsche

I received really good customer service here, friendly staff, good communication, lots of information and quick turnaround.However, I was disappointed when they told me that I needed a new battery (and possibly a new alternator) when I had a brand new battery that I subsequently had checked by the AA who put the battery in a week before I took the car to this garage and it was fine (as was the alternator). Maybe this was a mistake and they'd killed the battery by accident (if this then a little more care and extra checks would be good) but if I hadn't pushed back on this, I would have paid well over £200 for something that I didn't need.

Had my mercedes serviced here. Ash was very helpful and kept me updated on what needed to be done (and what was not needed) and the costs involved.Also appreciated the vacuum and wash!Will be going back.

I came with drivetrain issues showing on screen. They made diagnostic for £100.Found some short circuit codes and more. Probably changed oxigen sensor more the £400. It didn't sort nothing. They still had no clue there is a problem. So for £500 i got nothing. Offered one hour of free problem research. (One star plus :) )Than another Normal garage did? Checked, said they not sure what's wrong, rekomended electrician, charged nothing.

I had my car serviced and bushes changed. All the staff were friendly toward me, I was kept up to date whilst my car was being worked on and well looked after. I don’t feel I was overcharged in anyway and would recommend this company.The new garage is very impressive, the waiting area was very modern, clean and new.

The business is extremely clean and well put together. The customer service was excellent, all the guys were extremely pleasant, straight forward in telling me what needed to be done and what work will need to be done in the future. They fully explaining to me what work needed done and actually showed me how bad my breaks were in a polite and easy to understand manner as I don't know a massive amount about cars. I will be returning to them.

Just picked up my car today from this garage. Mark and Ash have done an amazing job. The car looks like It's just rolled off the four -court of Mercedes. They updated me every step of the way. Please check them out you'll be pleasantly surprised. They even washed and cleaned my car inside and out. Great Jobs you guys.
