I love the people at this shop. They changed my bathroom light tone to the shade I wanted which was something my Master Electrician couldn't do or be arsed to do. Thoughtful and interesting give them a try!

Great to find this little gem on my doorstep. The team there have a real passion for what they do. Got fixed up with a handmade linen drum light and super-douper LED bulb.

I left an antique lamp to be rewired. I was promised to have the work done in 3-4 weeks. 9 weeks later I was left with a half done lamp, with parts missing. I obtained a partial refund (I had to pay for the wire that had been bought and cut). I had repeatedly called and visited the shop in person to check on the progress. I left my phone number on several occasion but, as I finally collected the lamp, I was told by the shop owner that it was not customary to contact clients in case of delays or problems. I cannot recommend this shop at all for rewiring.EDIT: I've now rewired the lamp myself. All I needed was a wire coat hanger, some tape and some patience. Purchased bakelite switch and brass bulb holder online and fitted those as well.

I've had the worst customer service experience of my entire life dealing with the owner of this shop. Not only did she tell me she could rewire my lamp with no problems, she said the work would be completed in 10 days and that I should pay up front. After 6 weeks of no communication, I emailed her to be told that the work was completed and that I should collect. When I went to retrieve my lamp, she told me that it was unfinished and she promised to deliver to my home in 3 days time. I waited home all day with no sign of the delivery, I called and emailed with no response. I went back to the shop 2 weeks later and the work had still not been completed, so I asked for a refund. Tara then said that she could only give part refund because some work had already been done on the lamp (to an extremely poor standard), when I told her I wasn't satisfied with her shoddy workmanship, she proceeded to aggressively cut the wire from the lamp then said now you can have a refund"! But low and behold she couldn't issue it there and then. I had another 3 days of excuses and lies
