Brilliant gym for beginners to regulars. Excellent staff and plenty equipment to use for powerlifting, cardio & split days. Definitely recommend.

Love this gym. Always get a friendly greeting on each visit. What I really love, is its a gym where if you want to socialise, pair up with someone, you can. Or if you're like me, and just want to crack on, you're left alone.All staff are superb, friendly, and most importantly, respectful. They'll always take time to show you how stuff works, or to help you get through some reps.Us, the members vary from people that are super fit, to those like me that go to keep the extra pounds showing. It's just a great gym

Been going for a few month's now, equipment is up to date. Staff are really friendly from the time you enter you always get a hello and how you been and even when leaving they are always hands on saying goodbye or ask how your work out was, to me this adds to the experience. It's very busy in the evening but everyone who works out there are friendly and won't hog the machines.Prices seems fair to me. 28.99 a month for 12 month's is pretty competitive considering everything they have inside.

Great training environment for women!Showers and facilities are excellent with a beautiful spread of equipment all in perfect working condition.A great gym for total novices or people who take training more seriously.

My favourite gym in the north! Always a friendly welcome, fully stocked with the best Hammer Strength equipment and power lifting racks and the place is immaculately tidy always. Highly recommended.

The team at Volt are brilliant, always willing to help, knowledgeable and always have a smile on their faces.. Karla is a breath of fresh air when it comes to the classes... Providing great advice on form and technique! Oh and Karla provides 1:1 sessions... If you think you know it all.. I promise you, she'll either agree with you or provide brilliant guidance, advice and instruction. Guys, keep up the great work! Fantastic gym!

used the gym and had a really good chat with the ginger lad working on the desk, made me feel very welcome and answered all my questions. Was a very tidy, clean and organised place.
