Service was brilliant - we came for the bottomless brunch and really enjoyed ourselves. The music, food, drinks and atmosphere was just what you need on a Saturday afternoon!

I went since they reopened. It was really fantastic. You can tell they’ve taken real care to make it a great experience. They’ve hired very experienced bartenders and the cocktails are very well made. There is no where similar to this or to the same high standard in Bishops Stortford so I am sure they will do really well.

We had our wedding at Water Lane and Gosh it was the best decision we could've made! The entire staff were some of the most professional and friendly people we've ever dealt with. The venue manager Mike was absolutely outstanding, he answered any questions we had and helped with every single request we had, no matter how small or big it was. The food and drinks were a premium quality. We received so many compliments from our guests regarding the service and how delicious everything was. We didn't have to worry about anything and had the best day of our lives.I can't express how thankful we are to Mike and Water Lane for everything. We would highly recommend this stunning venue to anybody and Water Lane would always have a very special place in our hearts. ❤️

Had such a great brunch! Wonderful service, Louise looked after us very well. Food was amazing!The DJ, Jake, really made the party! Super talented! Highly recommend!

They were very attentive and provided drinks in a timely manner. The food needed to be supplemented with sides but overall was pretty good for a bottomless :)

Me my mum and sister came here for brunch. We had the best time. The food was so good, the service was amazing drinks constantly flowing and so friendly. Atmosphere was great and loved the dancers. We will definitely be back. Couldn't fault this place at all x

I just had a great night with my friends here. We had the bottomless Fridays deal, and enjoyed tasty food and bottomless drinks in a friendly and relaxing atmosphere. The dj played some great tunes, which just seemed to get better as the night went on!We wanted to thank Diane who looked after us all night, topping up our drinks which kept flowing! Nothing was too much trouble for her, and she was so helpful and friendly. Thank you, We will be back!

Louise and Frankie were amazing, very tentative and constantly filling our drinks up ❣️ Louise especially was fantastic - best customer service I’ve had as long as I can remember. Very personal and exactly what you’d want! Will definitely return and highly recommend to others looking for a fun and tasty bottomless brunch!xx
