Gavin arrived right on time and was explained the process of pitch raising clearly and gave me a few options for moving forward. It’s so lovely to hear my piano in tune again!

Gavin tuned and voiced my piano. He was highly knowledgeable and patient, taking time to carefully make the piano completely even across all of the registers. He even asked me to give my opinion and seemed willing to begin the process again if I wasn't fully satisfied (but he did such a good job, it wasn't needed!). His tuning was also done by ear which, as opposed to others using a digital tuner, actually makes the instrument sound good with itself. Generally a tuner who seemed to care a lot about what he did, and how the instrument sounded. I found his pricing very reasonable!
