The Hospital is very good with excellent Doctors, the staff are very courteous. Rooms in the East block are good. The PRO's do an excellent job. I suggest that a SMS confirmation of appointments for patients who take appointment of doctors.

I visited the hospital for a blood test. The hospital was clean and fairly easy to navigate. The staff were very helpful and friendly. They cared for your needs and sensitive to your requirements. They have incorporated modern booking systems to make the process more seamless.

Waiting time is very very long. Doctors and nurses are responsible.

Aside from the intensive care wards and major surgeries, the general wards were horrendous and unprofessional. In the general after his major op there was basically no rehab and appointments keep on getting cancelled. It was chaotic, inefficient and uncaring. My elderly friend in his late 80s was treated poorly, they handled him roughly and talked to him rudely. Two weeks without helping him brush his teeth, a whole week without washing, not coming even he pressed his bell for hours and hours.

My husband had heart surgery there. At first he was looked after very highly, but after the operation after care the nurses was so moody had no respect it was like he was a caged up animal where they have treated him so badly had to bring him home soon as possible. They chose that career to be a nurse if they can’t keep up to it and putting patients life at risk they should leave.

Recently, I had the unforeseen need to rush to Royal London, where I was treated in the Bart's Health section, MRI ward, CDU department and more due to a back injury. The experience, from start to finish, was nothing short of remarkable, highlighting the incredible value and importance of the NHS.From the moment I arrived, the efficiency and compassion of the staff were evident. Despite what I can only imagine was a hectic day, they ensured I was comfortable and attended to promptly. The medical team was not only highly skilled but also empathetic, providing reassurance and clear explanations at every step of my treatment. The care I received was top-notch. The expertise of the doctors, nurses, and support staff in managing my back injury was impressive. They worked tirelessly to ensure my pain was managed and that I understood the treatment plan. Their dedication to patient care was evident in every interaction. Moreover, this experience has reinforced my belief in the necessity of protecting and adequately funding the NHS. The level of care and support provided is a testament to the quality and dedication within the NHS.I am immensely grateful to all the staff for their exceptional care and kindness. It's a vivid reminder of why the NHS is a treasured institution, deserving of our support and investment to ensure its continuity for future generations.

Avoid that hospital whenever you can. First, waiting time is notoriously long everywhere from A&E to hospital admission, that includes 2-3 hours waiting for a cold sandwich when you were admitted into hospital and were starving on your patient bed. You rarely see a doctor day after day and nurses do not know how to do injections - that can be life threatening in a hospital! It takes forever to get any blood test results. When finally the test is there, the reason why they never call you to give you results is because they had the wrong number. Then you finally call them back to get the results they tell you they cannot transfer your call because the system is down. They don’t know when the medical info will be shared with GP either. Whatever you ask, most likely they don’t know anything! Full of drama and beyond imagination on how a hospital could be run like this, it is supposed to be a reliable place where people cares, seems quite the opposite.

NHS is one toxic wasteland and Bartshealth is best example of this.Public health care needs more competition as its as now mostly waisting taxpayers money with usless angry management and uneducated staff employees.System is crooked and designed to reward poor working standards and bash those who conduct well with further more work to slap for performance when there is no reward at allCARE thats appalling in its questionable performance and lack of accountability.Pay and be quiet for substandard care you get and dont dare to complaint, as these people dont like to hear they do wrong
