One star look at the prices in their don’t even use the post office for suing in money as they basically tell all the customers what your paying in

Quick visit to the store where I was welcomed by a happy smiling face this happy face belonged to suka the assistant who served me very friendly and very polite will visit again

I had came into the shop to buy a few things and was greeted by a lovely lady called Suki who was very helpful and understanding. Lovely customer service skills. I will definitely recommend my friends to come in the shop.

Just been in bought £30 worth of sales including 3 vapes for £10 which im happy with opened a vape in the car 3 mins after paying the vape didnt work went back in to see server female lady 1230pm who was slightly offensive regarding swapping and said i should try it before leaving shop-1-you are not a vape shop where i can puff away2-I would be breaking the law and your licence would be at risk.I am regular in the shop and have seen all comings and goings of staff there is a couple still there who are great but a couple dont seem to want to be there really and trying to tell customers in a bad manner how things should be done you will lose custom.The lady said signs are needed to explain what to do when buying a vape lets see if it happens.Hi again i did eventually get it swapped on the day sorry for confusion but being challenged wasnt in the way i expectedUpdate 26-9Just went into shop thank you sandeep.Craig vickki and new fella sorry didnt catch name were great amazing as always thanks.My issue was the way i was spoken too about the issue and to be told to try in the shop before leaving made me feel like i was lying the server did change on the day after questioning me which wasnt the way to be dealt with from a customer service manner.I have changed my rating thank you all.
