food quallity gone to the dogs chicken fillets crum coated thease as are chicken gugons compressed chicken i was asured they were not why have they changed there originle supplier whos chicken was real very disapointing wont buy again a d recamend others not to as well

Sliced mango fingers with use by date of 1/ 1/23 and purchased on 29/12/22...were starting to ferment and tasted 'fizzy' and sour....very disappointed....standards are definitely on the decline at M&S...

mixed experience really in this M&S. Some staff helpful. Some indifferent. It's a small store not suitable for trolleys but there are trolleys. Good fresh bread. Small wine section. Means your free" Dine In bottle wine choice can be very limited especially if you shop at popular times. It's OK over all. Very limited car parking and off a clearway with 12 hour bus lane."

Horrible customer service - 4 members of staff standing round talking while I was left stood waiting to collect a parcel. Very rude member of staff on the self checkout tills as well.Food is good, if you’re willing to put up with the customer service — or lack thereof!

The BEST m&s in northern ireland. This is my local store. Not the biggest but definitely the best. The staff are brilliant and in these difficult times are serving their customers with smiles and a good word. Should be commended for their service to our community. I wouldn't shop anywhere else.any

Store is well organised and well stocked for the size of itGreat selection of cheese and wine. Some fresh baked goods are available.Staff was friendly and queues moved quick.The store is busy and the parking lot is small so it can be tricky to get parking if it's busy

Absolutely fabulous customer service any staff member I spoke to was friendly and helpful especially the manger whom was on yesterday (Monday) whom assisted me with finding the rest of the shopping on my list plenty of choice lovely store
