My grandma is 86 and starting to get mild dementia. Doing a daily shop was one of the few things that got her out of the house. Sainsburys was her go to place for her daily necessities. Now she refuses to go because of the noisy & confusing check out experience. Well done and thanks for that Sainsburys. As long as you can squeeze a few more quid out of people I guess it doesn't matter about people like my Gran.

Never anyone human on the tills anymore. Sainsburys used to be my go to supermarket for many years but, I hate the robotills so I rarely go there now.
