A very long overdue review. Anna has been looking after me for the past one year (facials and other treatments) and I have nothing but great things to say about her. She truly has magic hands! To think that I only went in for a facial! She's full of advice, explanations, recommendations in what is needed for me.I can completely trust her.Joanne and Sylvie at the front desk are such professional and helpful ladies too. Aesthetics Lab is a great MediSpa business with their two branches based in Primrose Hill and Belgravia. The staff and their professional approach is great as well. The choices of the treatments and ambiance of the place is great too. I would highly recommend them whole heartedly to anyone who is looking for a boutique treatment with the best possible experience.

I recently visited Aesthetics Lab on a friend's recommendation who has been their regular client for a while and her skin just looks amazing. I needed to remove few spider veins on and around my nose but I'm so afraid of needles I kept waiting till it got worse and started affecting my confidence. I was very nervous but Lucia was very understanding and personable. She put me at easy, thoroughly answered all of my questions and the treatment wasn't painful at all, just a prickling sensation (as Lucia said)! In less than half a hour my spider veins were GONE! I would highly recommend a visit at Aesthetics Lab, they really care about getting the results and make you feel comfortable.

Karen treats your skin as if it was her own! Apart from the treatments being superior, they are carried out with such care and knowledge that no amount of research can compare. The clinic is focused on making everyone feel confident in their own skin, and always on hand to give you advice even between treatments. Somehow they make even the most intense treatments enjoyable!

Came in to the clinic recently & spoke to a therapist called Christina. I must say she is one of the most knowledgeable and friendly staff I have ever met. She explained the procedure in detail and put me at ease straight away. The service was amazing and I will definitely be returning for the treatment that was recommended for me. I went to Aesthetics Lab for a laser hair removal treatment package, and it’s a lovely place to do it. Staff always welcomes you with a smile, the clinic is clean and very nicely decorated, they offer you water when you come in and are very helpful about packages and pricing etc. But the person who truly made the experience amazing was Anna, who took care of my treatment for the full duration of my package. She always paid attention to my pain tolerance, made sure I was comfortable in the process from beginning to end, was always ready to answer any of my questions and just a super nice and fun person to have a chat with! I definitely recommend the clinic (and to ask for Anna if you can!)
