The managing partner Andrew Eagle was taken to small claims court for non payments by my company and we beat his companies 2 times and took out of court settlement on a third case and the 4th case wasn't finalised as his withholding of our payments helped cause us into liquidation.My view is the managing partner is a conman. If you are in construction steer well clear of this man. If he owes you money take him to court. Judge said in one case Mr Eagle
