The service we received was great. They were quick, efficient and tidy. Travis attended our property. He was professional, polite and really helpful. Best of all he resolved the awful cavertation sound our boiler had been making and things have been peaceful ever since. In terms of cost this was really reasonable and exactly what was quoted over the phone with no suprises. Thanks Travis.

Rang N Jenkins in a panic after 2 days without heat and they sent out someone to take a look Had a remote Hub that wasn't responding to room thermostat.Travis the engineer called and dealt with Drayton tech support on the phone while we both were online trying to reboot the thing. Technical or what ..but despite never having dealt with one before he got the Hub back up and working . Great service from Travis and also the office with prompt response to a call for help. I do use them already for boiler servicing last couple of years..but this was great service. Thank you.
