Initially lifts were broken more often than working. Nowadays lifts are better but everything else falling apart!Before when we had issues was solved pretty much straight away, now take ages and we need to complain several times to try to have something done. Horrible and inefficient management. Really considering moving out

AVOID this place, very bad management. NO HOT WATER OVER TWO MONTHS. They said it's been fixed, but I still have the same problem. No hot water during the night, no stable warm water if you shower, it keep changing cold and warm. And the people live here will steal your parcels. Thieves live next to you.

AVOID!!! DON'T RENT HERE. It's been over one month now, I still don't have any hot water in the flat. No fixing, but charged me £172 for the hot water bills? I reported the issue so many times, no one sort it out. I have to keep the water running for hours to get some lukewarm water for my freezing shower at the midnight. Why should I pay for something that doesn't exist?Don’t rent here. I had hot water issues many times and never get fixed and they still charged me £150 for hot water. Such a joke and also you are living with thieves in the building. Very bad place.

Terrible day manager named Andreea Sackman. Caused us so many issues regarding returning our deposit after the end of the tenancy. Treated us unfairly, just completely unprofessional and no basic human morals to deal with people. After 3 months of dealing with the Tenancy Dispute Scheme we only received half of our original deposit back. Lost £900 because of this horrible day manager.

AVIOD this place!!!!!very awful management. There's a thief stealing my parcels for twice in one week in the reception and the management team didn't do anything even though I reported it to the police. Avoid renting this place.Updates: the management is worst I ever seen, I was booked for a fixed for my heating switch, and they cancelled without telling me and I took a day off for this and waiting for a whole day. This is really unprofessional.

I have lived in apartments in 3 different countries this is by far the worst , management is useless , doors do not work often lifts have the issues a lot building is dirty and damaged much anti social damage to buildings homeless in bin rats in bin AVOID THIS BUILDING
