Andrew Heard - Hardwood Logs
My first time using Andrew Heard today and I cannot fault any aspect of my experience.The office staff were efficient, polite and made ordering over the phone very easy.Yesterday I was offered a delivery time earlier in the day than previously available which I was happy to accept. The delivery was at the time agreed and the driver was great and listened to where I wanted the half tipper load dropped.Very regular shaped logs of the ideal size for my log burner and they have been very easy to stack.Some smaller pieces, but relatively little will be wasted as this will be ideal as kindling.Will definitely use again and would recommend.

I've been buying logs from Andrew Heard for years. The logs are consistently great and the service is reliable. In 2021 I set up my own part-time business supplying and stacking logs for customers living in the towns and villages around Cranleigh. I buy all the logs I supply from Andrew Heard. This a well-organised and efficiently run business with a great team. It gives me a reliable source of logs throughout the burning season to meet the demand from my customers some of whom prefer smaller deliveries and to have their logs stacked as part of the service.

Wow - great service, lovely logs, good value for money. I couldn't be happier. Delivered by a very courteous man (Neil) within 20 mins of my allocated slot, the logs are lovely and dry, stack beautifully, and burn nice and hot (and slow) without any spitting. Just fabulous - I will certainly be coming back for more. Many thanks for the impeccable service and superb product.

I’ve been getting logs from here for the past few years and their prices have stayed pretty much the same.They provide good quality decent burning logs that last a good amount of time in the burner.What I love most are the bag of bits that provide you with nice slightly bigger bits than kindling and are great for getting the fire going quickly.There was a shortage everywhere last year for the logs and I managed to find some somewhere else and the quality wasn’t nearly as good.

Used first time last week to collect, and had a great experience - really friendly and talked through different sized bags, plus kindling etc. But main reason for feedback is very high quality logs for wood burning stove (we’d bought from another Surrey based provider and not had great service nor product). Price great too!

Crazily responsive customer service, a quick delivery of a stack of logs and a noticeably polite and friendly driver who took care in how the logs were placed on the drive to avoid the car. Perfect.

Thank you for the prompt delivery of the logs last weekend. The driver was both very friendly and efficient. The logs were exactly as I had ordered and arrived covered and ready to burn. Their size was what I’d requested and the quantity was generous. I’ve bought logs elsewhere and have been “shopping around” to find a supplier who meets my requirements, but in the future I’ll go directly Andrew Heard Logs when I need to restock my log pile.

Andrew has been supplying us with logs for years. I wouldn’t use anyone else. The logs are always excellent quality.
