Mid Hants Reablement Team

Absolutely terrible care service. My 91 year old Great Uncle has been left without care with a fractured spine. At no point was he asked to stand up so they could assess his mobility or what his condition was. They did not at any point contact us to discuss his needs. When spoken to, he was left confused as to why the carers were leaving him without further care. He has only been out of the hospital since the 2nd of August. He was told on the 6th of August that he was being discharged as he did not need any care. He is deaf and housebound. We are being told that we will receive a phone call but in the meantime my uncle is expected to not have any care. Absolutely dreadful. I sincerely hope that other families do not have to go through this.
