JD Property Services (JDPS)

I was recommended JD Property Services through another company I had used for work in my property, so already I felt like I would feel comfortable working with them.John was always very prompt in responding to my queries. After I had initially contacted him for a tiling job, he confirmed his company also did painting and decorating, so I had a quote for 2 jobs in 1 visit! I work out of area so this was really helpful for me as am looking to rent out the property in the coming months. The tiling work was completed in a day; the second job (hall, stairs landing and bathroom redecorating) was finished in 3 days.My property is quite old so there was a lot of blown plaster and peeling paint; John kept me informed every step of the way and consulted me about every decision, whilst also making suggestions for me to consider. I particularly liked that he was happy to recommended certain paint brands and products I hadn't heard of but really praised their quality, I have to say I was not disappointed. He was happy to order these items on my behalf also.He's clearly very knowledgeable and passionate about his work, I was really happy to support this local business. Their quote for all the work was very reasonable and responses to queries always very quick.I would happily recommend them.
